Job summary

Corewell Health Southfield Center is seeking a Project Leader to guide facilities projects from ideation through design development and capital approval. You will coordinate with business development, finance, operations, planning, estimating, construction, and equipment teams through completion.

You will oversee project scopes including furniture, finishes, workspace changes, and small-to-mid scale renovations, while supporting larger projects in collaboration with other PMs and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• <2 years experience in building maintenance or facilities project coordination, preferably in a large, geographically diverse organization.
• Demonstrated project management experience; formal or informal.

Responsibilities

• Define the facility scope and capital budget based on business needs.
• Lead a cross-disciplinary project team through the delivery process.
• Develop and communicate a master project schedule and capital/design approvals.
• Deliver projects ahead of schedule and within 90-100% of approved capital budget; manage stakeholder expectations.
• Develop work standards and tools to communicate complete capital budgets for approvals.
