You will supervise menu planning, train staff in food preparation and safety, and manage inventory while maintaining regulatory compliance and cost controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.
• Must be experienced with computers; MS Office proficiency expected.
• ServSafe certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations and ensure sanitary, safe working environment.
• Plan regular/modified menus according to guidelines and recipes.
• Train staff on food prep, safety, and equipment operation.
• Maintain cleaning, maintenance schedules, and inventory controls.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies.
• Support departmental meetings and ongoing staff development.
