Qualifications

• A.S. or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years progressive kitchen management.
• Experience with catering and high-volume operations.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation and food cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Plan regular and modified menus per guidelines.
• Maintain standardized recipes and portions.
• Train kitchen staff in safety and prep.
• Maintain cleaning and maintenance schedules.
• Monitor inventory to ensure availability.
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations.
• Attend department meetings and staff development.
