Job summary

Agiliti seeks a Customer Service Coordinator to oversee the delivery and processing of medical equipment and supervise the teams responsible for these tasks. The role supports training, record keeping, and billing while collaborating with district management to ensure customer retention.

The position requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, with a focus on safety and accuracy in all responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of supervision/management or customer excellence experience preferred.
• Healthcare industry knowledge preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and off-hours as required.
• Valid driver’s license; potential for DOT certification.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to delivery and processing teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Ensure prompt and courteous service in person, by phone, and via communications.
• Engage with Technical Services and Account Executives to promote revenue growth and expand services.
• Assist with district on-site service programs and staffing based on demand.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of medical equipment and accessories.
• Manage missing equipment, software upgrades, and accessories.
• Maintain DOT certification as required.
• Oversee shipping/receiving, requisitions, and purchase orders.
• Maintain equipment inventory and par levels; manage timelines and routing.
• Train staff on cleaning, testing, and inspection; conduct on-going in-servicing.
