Job summary

Agiliti in Groveport, OH is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to oversee delivery and pickup of medical equipment and supervise the teams performing these tasks. You will manage inventory, supplies and fleet vehicles while coordinating with district management to ensure exceptional customer retention and service quality.

The role includes training staff, supporting daily office functions such as record keeping and billing, and maintaining compliance with patient privacy and regulatory

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of supervision/management or customer excellence experience preferred.
• Healthcare equipment knowledge preferred and understanding of the healthcare industry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs and able to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provides delivery and pickup of medical equipment and supervises processing teams.
• Manages equipment inventory, supplies and district fleet vehicles.
• Trains staff on equipment cleaning, testing and in-servicing; supports billing and record keeping.
• Ensures timely documentation for billing and regulatory compliance; supports revenue growth.
