Job summary

Agiliti Health, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Technician I to drive to healthcare locations, deliver and manage medical equipment, and ensure accurate documentation. You will educate customers on equipment features and handle delivery-related tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training provided; benefits included for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Have customer service experience; hospital setting helpful.
• Have basic computer skills.
• Be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays; 24/7 on-call/off-hours as required.
• Be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Be able to stand and walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers; retrieve equipment from customer locations and return to office.
• Educate customers at delivery about features and functionality of equipment.
• Complete all paperwork and data entry accurately for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
