Job summary

Agiliti is seeking a Medical Equipment Service and Delivery Driver to safely load, transport, and deliver medical equipment to healthcare facilities. You will also educate customers on equipment features and ensure accurate paperwork for billing and inventory.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are required to support a 24/7 service model.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Hold a current, valid, unrestricted driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Customer service experience; hospital setting helpful.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Lift and/or push up to 75 pounds; stand and walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers.
• Retrieve equipment from customer locations and transport it back to the office.
• Educate and engage customers at delivery, highlighting features and functionality.
• Complete paperwork and data entry accurately for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
