Job summary

Agiliti is seeking a Medical Equipment Service and Delivery Driver to deliver and manage equipment for a district office, including customer delivery and pick-up. The role requires strong customer service, safe driving, and the ability to handle paperwork and data entry for billing and inventory.

You will work a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call rotation, requiring flexibility for evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Customer service experience; hospital experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers. Retrieve equipment from customer locations, transporting it back to the office.
• Educate and engage customers at the time of delivery, explaining features and functionality of the equipment.
• Complete paperwork and data entry accurately to ensure proper billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
