Agiliti is seeking a Customer Service Technician I in the Seattle area to safely load, deliver and manage medical equipment for a district office. You will educate customers on device features and ensure proper handling and documentation for billing and inventory.

The role requires a 21+ age, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical endurance is needed for lifting up to 75 pounds and long shifts.

Qualificações

• Be 21 years of age or older and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Have customer service experience.
• Have basic computer skills.
• Be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Be able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds.
• Be able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Be able to bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods.

Responsabilidades

• Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers.
• Retrieve equipment from customer locations and transport it back to the office.
• Educate and engage customers at the time of delivery about features and functionality.
• Complete paperwork and data entry accurately for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
