Job summary

Agiliti is seeking a Hospital Service Technician I to support equipment management in a hospital setting. This role involves transporting equipment, engaging with clinical staff, and ensuring patient-ready devices are maintained per protocols.

The position requires a high school diploma, customer service experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds while standing and walking for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience required; prior hospital setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, and emergency off-hours for 24/7 coverage.
• Able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Delivers equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in patient-ready condition with appropriate software, accessories, and disposables.
• Confidently communicates with clinical staff on equipment features and functionality.
• Provides quality service, meets company metrics and customer expectations.
• Picks up, cleans, and processes equipment, preparing it for patient-ready use according to protocols.
