Job summary

Agiliti in Cincinnati is seeking a Customer Service Technician I to support the delivery and management of medical equipment across the district. You will safely load, deliver, and educate customers on equipment features while ensuring accurate billing and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications include 21+ years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and customer service experience. Expect flexible hours, lifting up to 75 pounds, and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Must hold a valid, unrestricted driver's license and have a safe driving record.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays; 24/7 support.
• Able to lift/push up to 75 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers and return equipment to the office.
• Educate customers at delivery about features and functionality of equipment.
• Complete paperwork and data entry accurately for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
