Job summary

BD, a leader in medical technology, seeks a Deployment Specialist I to install Medication Management Solution products and drive customer success across healthcare facilities. You will work with cross-functional teams, build solid relationships, and ensure go-live readiness through structured training and rigorous QA.

The role involves travel to customer sites, adherence to deployment methodologies, and contribution to project documentation.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).
• Demonstrated emotional intelligence, ability to self‑manage and get along well with others.
• Be flexible and adaptable, manage ambiguity and demonstrate resilience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and meet BD's auto safety standards.
• Provide proof of immunizations including Hepatitis B, Influenza, MMR, Varicella, TB/PPD, Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis and other vendor credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete deployment training plans and demonstrate competency for installation and support of BD Solution hardware and software.
• Install equipment at customer sites; build/set up hardware/software, train stakeholders, and go-live activities.
• Adhere to BD Medication Solutions implementation methodologies and tools.
• Provide problem solving, troubleshooting and system consultation for clients.
• Manage project escalations for favorable outcomes.
• Complete internal company and project documentation on time.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.
