Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a supervisor for the Eligibility Services department at on-site Tower - Reading Hospital in West Reading, PA. You will lead a team responsible for patient financial interactions and access to benefits, ensuring accurate processes and excellent service.

The role requires 2 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and comfort with AI-enabled workflow improvements.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience interacting with patients regarding hospital financial issues.
• Superior customer service skills and ability to communicate with all levels effectively.
• Accustomed to substantial computer use and possesses a strong ability to multi-task.
• Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and the management of teams using AI to lean in to process and technological improvements.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the day to day task functionality of the Eligibility Services department.
• Maintains thorough working knowledge of department policies and procedures as SME for business process questions.
• Monitors individual and team productivity and work quality levels; identifies coaching opportunities.
• Acts as floater to erase deficiencies when work volume spikes or staffing gaps are present.
• Functions as staff resource for department and hospital policies, government benefit programs.
• Develops and maintains relationships with county/state/federal Medicaid partners.
