Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Public Benefit Supervisor at West Reading Hospital, Reading, PA. The role oversees the Eligibility Services department and ensures adherence to federal, state, and county benefit program requirements.

On-site position with strong emphasis on coaching, cross-team collaboration, and AI-enabled process improvements. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of patient financial interactions, excellent customer service, and familiarity with Medicaid workflows.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience interacting with patients regarding hospital financial issues.
• Superior customer service skills and ability to communicate with all levels effectively.
• Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and the management of teams using AI to lean in to process and technological improvements, to include the exploration, experimentation, and application of AI.
