Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle professional to supervise the daily Eligibility Services operations and serve as a point of contact for policies and government benefit programs. You will coach staff, monitor productivity, and collaborate with Case Management, Patient Access, and Physician office teams while travel is required.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years' experience interacting with patients regarding hospital financial issues.
• Superior customer service skills and ability to communicate with all levels effectively.
• Advanced usage of AI and the management of teams using AI to lean in to process and technological improvements.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or at least high school diploma with relevant experience.
• CRCR certification within 9 months of hire.

Aufgaben

• Supervises the day to day task functionality of the Eligibility Services department and acts as SME on policies.
• Monitors staff productivity and quality levels; identifies coaching opportunities.
• Develops relationships with county/state/federal Medicaid caseworkers.
• Collaborates with Case Management, Patient Access, Financial Counseling and Physician offices.
• Ability to travel when needed.
