Qualifications

• 1–2 years in healthcare revenue cycle or patient access.
• Knowledge of patient insurance processes and benefits verification.
• CRCR within 9 months of hire is preferred.
• Willingness to learn AI-enabled process improvements.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review referred uninsured/under‑insured patients for eligibility opportunities.
