Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a dedicated IPCE program coordinator to manage accredited educational activities from planning through execution, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and effective stakeholder engagement.

You will coordinate with faculty, planning committees, and exhibitors, support marketing, manage registrations and evaluations, and oversee certificates and educational records. Strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in healthcare education and knowledge of adult learning principles preferred.
• Computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and presents workshops to meet educational needs of health care professionals.
• Analyzes evaluations and assessments and recommends improvements.
• Writes measurable program objectives for workshops and designs evaluations.
• Ensures continuing education credit criteria are met when designing workshops.
• Researches grant opportunities and assists with grant proposals.
• Collaborates on quality initiatives and grants.
• Supports regional AHEC workshops and initiatives.
• Oversees exhibitor participation and on-site event support.
