Job summary

Aurora Health Care is seeking a skilled IPCE Program Manager to oversee development and implementation of IPCE activities aligned with Joint Accreditation criteria and Advocate Health policies. You will consult with directors, planners, and coordinators to ensure effective education programs across the enterprise.

You will train staff, evaluate outcomes, and manage accreditation documentation, while utilizing LMS platforms to report to accrediting bodies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically requires 3 years of experience in continuing education and/or healthcare.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and e-learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversees development and implementation of IPCE activities across the enterprise.
• Identifies opportunities to advance IPCE program and promote inter-professional education.
• Makes independent credit-approval decisions for IPCE activities.
• Provides training to coordinators and planners in JA implementation.
• Evaluates educational outcomes and presents results to planning teams.
• Collects documentation supporting accreditation and disclosures.
• Manages activities through an online learning management system and trains users.
