Job summary

Advocate Aurora Health is seeking a Program Education Specialist to oversee IPCE activities across the enterprise. The role supports JA accreditation, standards, and internal policies, developing and implementing learning activities with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in continuing education or healthcare, and strong project management and communication skills. This position is primarily remote with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 3+ years in continuing education or healthcare.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with accreditation processes and JA standards.
• Proficient in MS Office and e-learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IPCE activities per JA criteria.
• Identify opportunities to improve IPCE programs through best practices.
• Decide on credit approvals based on accreditation criteria.
• Provide training to coordinators and planners on JA.
• Evaluate educational outcomes and present results to planning teams.
• Collect and approve accreditation documentation.
• Manage LMS, create education content, and train planners.
