Job summary

Vizient is seeking an operations lead to oversee the delivery and coordination of its jointly accredited interprofessional CE program. You will manage a portfolio of accredited activities, provide coaching to CE Programs Managers, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.

You will collaborate with course directors, ensure JA-PARS reporting, optimize processes, and analyze performance data to drive improvements. Travel as needed to support program objectives and stakeholder needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of CE program management experience.
• Experience with Joint Accreditation, ACCME, ANCC or ACPE standards.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CE activities planning, execution, and compliance.
• Lead CE Programs Managers with coaching and onboarding.
• Collaborate with course directors and clients to meet objectives.
• Monitor JA-PARS reporting and accreditation standards.
• Improve workflows and scalability of CE operations.
• Analyze activity data and report trends to leadership.
• Support LMS and registration platforms, incl. EthosCE.
• Maintain expertise in accreditation requirements.
