Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a dedicated IPCE coordinator to manage accredited educational activities from planning through execution. You will work with faculty and committees, coordinate exhibitors, support marketing, manage registrations and evaluations, and handle certificates and records.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. Experience with ACCME or Joint Accreditation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
• Experience in healthcare education and knowledge of adult learning principles preferred.
• Computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develops, and presents workshops to meet the educational needs of healthcare professionals in the Charlotte AHEC region.
• Analyzes participant evaluations and assessments and makes recommendations for improvement.
• Writes measurable program objectives for workshops and designs evaluations.
• Meets nationally recognized criteria for continuing education credit when designing workshops.
• Researches grant opportunities and assists with grant proposals.
• Collaborates on quality initiatives and grants.
• Provides planning and support to regional AHEC workshops and initiatives.
