Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a CE program leader to oversee the operation of our jointly accredited interprofessional continuing education program.

You will manage a portfolio of accredited activities, guide CE Programs Managers, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards and organizational policies. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to improve program effectiveness, enhance operational processes, and deliver high-quality continuing education experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant CE program experience.
• Experience with Joint Accreditation, ACCME, ANCC, or ACPE standards.
• Ability to manage complex programs and high-volume operations.
• Experience coaching and developing staff.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio of accredited CE activities and ensure compliance.
• Manage day-to-day CE program operations and workflows.
• Provide coaching to CE Programs Managers.
• Collaborate with course directors, planners, faculty, and clients.
• Monitor JA-PARS reporting and accreditation standards.
• Develop process improvements and standardized workflows.
• Analyze CE data and program performance metrics.
• Support administration of CE learning management systems.
