Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) invites you to join our Dining Services Manager in Training program in Warwick, RI. Over 16 weeks, you’ll learn to manage dining operations, ensure service excellence, and lead with hands-on and computer-based training.

This paid program develops you to oversee dining services in a healthcare setting, with mentorship, certifications, and opportunities to advance within HCSG after graduation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous dining services or hospitality experience preferred.
• Must obtain FPM, FSM, LTC-FSM, and CDM/CFPP certifications during the program.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must meet COVID-19 vaccination policy.
• Residency within service area required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing dining services operations, including meal preparation, service, and quality control.
• Learn to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
