Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is offering a structured, paid 16-week training program to develop you into a Dining Services Manager for healthcare facilities. You will gain hands-on and computer-based training while learning to lead dining operations and ensure high service standards.

The program emphasizes health and sanitation compliance, staff training, inventory management, and resident/customer satisfaction. Successful participants may pursue transfer opportunities within HCSG nationwide.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous dining services or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must obtain FPM, FSM, LTC-FSM, and CDM,CFPP certifications during the development program.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Residency within the service area required.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing dining services operations, including meal preparation, service, and quality control.
• Learn to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
