Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) invites you to join its Dining Services Manager in Training program, a paid 16-week course designed to develop you to manage and oversee dining services in a healthcare setting with hands-on and computer-based training.

This program emphasizes excellence and resident experiences, offering structured training, mentoring, and opportunities to advance within HCSG as you gain leadership skills and a track record of reliable service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous dining/hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Certifications (FPM, FSM, LTC-FSM, CDM/CFPP) during program.
• Valid driver's license.
• Residency within service area required.
• COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing dining services operations, including meal preparation, service, and quality control.
• Learn to ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
