Healthcare Services Group, Inc is launching a 16-week paid training program to become a Dining Services Manager in Training. The program combines hands-on and computer-based learning to prepare you to manage dining services in a healthcare setting.

Join us to develop leadership, compliance knowledge, and guest relations while supporting residents and staff in a supportive healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in dining services or hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Certifications may be required during the development program (FPM, FSM, LTC-FSM, CDM/CFPP per state).
• Valid driver's license.
• Residency within the service area.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing dining services operations, including meal preparation, service, and quality control.
• Learn to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
