Job summary

Phelps Health is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to provide Tier II hardware and software support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals across the organization. You will work with Help Desk and IT peers to resolve issues and document solutions.

The role emphasizes end-user support, on-call availability, and ongoing professional development through certifications and training.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience with desktop/laptop hardware and software support.
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and end-user communication.
• Certification in at least one relevant IT field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaises between IT and user departments, providing Tier II support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Maintains ticket documentation and communicates with end users to meet SLAs.
• Installs, tests, troubleshoots, and maintains approved software and hardware.
