Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Desktop Support in a fast-paced Microsoft environment (M365, AD, Windows).
• Must reside in Central NJ and have reliable transportation to Matawan, Middletown, and Toms River.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional presence, able to interact with C-suite and clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• White-glove executive and end-user support across clinical and corporate environments.
• Configure, deploy, image, and troubleshoot Windows workstations and peripherals.
• Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, user provisioning, basic networking, and hardware break-fix.
