Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, proven help desk experience, and strong troubleshooting skills. Microsoft icon certifications are a plus, with on-site work and a competitive hourly wage of $25–$32/hour.

Qualificações

• Minimum high school diploma; MCP or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role.
• Solid knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and basic troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication to explain tech issues to non-technical users.
• Experience with remote troubleshooting and support tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tickets in a fast-paced environment.
• A+ Certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to help desk requests via phone, email, or ticketing system and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems; escalate when needed.
• Install, configure, and support software, operating systems, and hardware devices.
• Maintain accurate incident and service request records in the ticketing system.
• Assist with user onboarding, including setting up equipment and accounts.
• Ensure timely completion of service requests and tasks; provide remote support as needed.
• Collaborate with IT team to identify recurring issues and implement solutions.
• Maintain a knowledge base of common issues and resolutions.
