AdventHealth in Hendersonville, NC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead design and construction of multiple healthcare projects. You will manage consultants, vendors, and contractors, ensuring budgets, schedules, and scope are met.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in healthcare design/construction, familiarity with AHCA regulations, and strong communication skills. A Master’s or related field experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of AHCA regulations, JCAHO/DNV standards, and codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and construction of multiple healthcare projects from conception to completion.
• Manage consultants, vendors and contractors; monitor budgets and change controls.
• Coordinate with Project Coordinator and site visits to ensure progress.
• Prepare technical documentation for customers and team members.
• Ensure compliance with project scope, budget, and schedule.
