Job summary

AdventHealth in Tampa, FL seeks a Project Manager to lead healthcare design and construction initiatives. You will manage budgets, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and ensure projects meet scope, time, and cost targets.

Responsibilities include coordinating the project team, tracking progress on-site, and presenting technical updates to stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master’s preferred, and PMP/PE credentials are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 10+ healthcare project management experience
• 10+ design and construction project management experience with seven years healthcare focus
• Experience with AHCA regulations, JCAHO/DNV standards, and other codes
• Extensive experience managing diverse teams to deliver complex information solutions

Responsibilities

• Develops and updates project budgets using the Project Budget Tracking Form
• Leads design and construction processes, coordinating consultants, vendors and contractors
• Manages multiple projects and ensures timely, cost-efficient delivery within scope
• Monitors negotiation and bidding to ensure fair practices
• Prepares and presents technical documentation to customers and team members
• Coordinates with Project Manager and Project Coordinator to track progress on site
