Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in design and construction project management.
• 3+ years healthcare design/construction PM experience.
• Experience with AHCA, JCAHO/DNV or codes.
• PE license preferred.
• GENCON license preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage multiple healthcare projects from conception to completion.
• Lead design and construction processes, coordinating consultants, vendors and contractors.
• Develop and manage project budgets and change control processes.
• Monitor compliance with budget and specifications and report to stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery within approved scope.
