Job summary

AdventHealth seeks a seasoned Construction Project Manager in Hendersonville, NC to lead healthcare construction initiatives. You will coordinate with Contractors, Architects, and hospital teams from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring budget and schedule adherence.

The role requires strong leadership, CAD interpretation, and familiarity with AHCA requirements, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years progressive responsible experience.
• Healthcare construction project management experience preferred.
• Experience with AHCA construction requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates AdventHealth’s core values in all actions.
• Coordinates pre-construction activities with Contractors, PMs and Design Consultants.
• Manages multiple projects, coordinates subcontractors, and visits sites regularly.
• Convenes OAC meetings for information flow between OAC and Clinical/Operations staff.
• Maintains project files for audits and regulatory compliance.
• Reads drawings and specs; coordinates with hospital staff on utility interruptions and safety.
