Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
- 5+ years of design and construction project management experience in healthcare.
- Experience with AHCA regulations, JCAHO/DNV standards, and applicable codes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and construction process across multiple healthcare projects.
- Manage consultants, vendors and contractors from conception to completion.
- Develop and update project budgets and track changes.
- Deliver projects on time and within scope and budget.
- Coordinate with the Project Coordinator and site visits.
- Prepare technical and educational documentation for customers and teams.
