AdventHealth in Hendersonville, NC is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead healthcare facility projects, ensuring safety, quality and regulatory compliance while coordinating with Contractors, Architects and Operations teams.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare construction, strong CAD/blueprints reading, and knowledge of AHCA standards; includes frequent site visits, OAC meetings, and close-out responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive responsible experience
• 5+ years healthcare construction project management experience
• Experience with AHCA construction requirements

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-construction activities with contractors and design consultants
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Coordinate OAC meetings between Owner, Architect and Contractor
• Visit job sites frequently throughout the project life cycle
• Prepare and maintain project files for regulatory compliance
• Oversee close-out and commissioning of the building
