Job summary

Advocate Health Care in Charlotte, NC seeks a senior program manager for design and construction of high-complexity facility renovations, additions or new builds. You will lead cross-functional teams and manage scope, budget and schedule, serving as owner representative through planning and execution of multiple projects.

Requirements include a BA/BS in a related field and 6+ years of healthcare design/construction experience; licensure as CHC or Healthcare Constructor preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Health Admin, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business Management, Civil Engineering or related field with 6 years healthcare or academic design/construction experience or equivalent
• Licensure/Certification in CHD or ASHE preferred

Responsibilities

• Leads project teams; mentors and coaches project managers
• Develops, organizes, leads, and supports internal and external teams
• Manages scope, budget and schedule for complex projects or portfolios
• Interfacing with executive leadership; contributes to strategic planning
• Acts as owner representative in design & construction processes
• Develops benchmarking and performance indicators; produces project documentation
