Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Architecture/Engineering/Construction Management and 5+ years of PM experience in healthcare design/construction, with AHCA/JCAHO/DNV knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of design and construction project management experience.
• Experience with AHCA regulations, JCAHO/DNV standards, and other applicable codes.
• Healthcare design/construction knowledge and strong budget/risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and construction process from conception to completion.
• Manage consultants, vendors, and contractors for multiple projects.
• Develop, manage, and deliver project budgets and change control processes.
• Monitor compliance with budget, scope, and specifications; track progress.
• Present technical documentation to customers and internal teams.
