Job summary

You will work with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to tailor demos to medical specialties, ensure accuracy, and support both on-site and remote presentations. This is a non-sales, technical role focused on reliability and realism of demos.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and maintain demo environments for PracticeSuite's healthcare software products.
• Set up realistic demo accounts, patient records, and billing scenarios using test data.
• Run demonstrations with sales and tailor workflows to prospect requirements.
• Test environments for reliability and accuracy before scheduled demonstrations.
• Troubleshoot issues during preparation and live demonstrations as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to keep demos updated.
