Job summary

PracticeSuite, Inc. is seeking a Clinical SaaS Solutions Specialist to deliver tailored product demonstrations of our cloud-based healthcare software solutions, including EHR/EMR, practice management, and RCM capabilities.

You will translate clinical workflows into practical demonstrations for physicians, practice administrators, billing teams, and other stakeholders. The role requires healthcare operations knowledge and hands-on experience with healthcare SaaS platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in healthcare technology.
2–4 years in healthcare SaaS, healthcare IT, or related healthcare technology roles.
Experience delivering software demonstrations and training for customers.
Strong understanding of medical practice workflows and healthcare operations.
Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems, medical billing, and RCM.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex software clearly.
Ability to work with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.

Responsibilities

Deliver customized demonstrations of PracticeSuite to physicians, practices, and healthcare organizations.
Demonstrate EHR/EMR, scheduling, billing, and practice management workflows relevant to the product.
Translate prospect requirements into relevant demonstrations and use cases.
Support discovery calls and prepare demonstration environments and materials.
