Job summary

Juno Health, a division of DSS, Inc., seeks a Solution Demonstration Specialist to prepare and deliver tailored demonstrations of EHR software, lead demonstration teams, and support the sales cycle. You will develop agendas, collaborate with sales/ops/marketing, and travel extensively to industry events and client sites.

The role requires deep understanding of EHR workflows, strong presentation skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with clinicians and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Clinical License in nursing or related field preferred.
• Proven ability to conduct dynamic product demonstrations to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of tailored software demonstrations for prospects.
• Prepare and manage agendas, documentation, and presentations for demos.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Marketing on trade shows and product roadmaps.
• Travel up to 75% of the year to support sales efforts and events.
• Mentor and lead other demonstration team members on complex demonstrations.
