Dossier is a competency management platform built for healthcare. We are hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to own the demo and the technical win on our largest enterprise deals across the U.S.

This is a true pre-sales role working with Enterprise Account Executives. You will lead discovery, deliver tailored demos tied to clinical workflows, manage RFIs/RFPs, and help shape the plan from evaluation to signature.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a pre-sales, solution consulting or sales engineering role at an enterprise SaaS company with healthcare domain experience

Responsabilités

• Lead discovery with AE and translate pain points into demo criteria
• Deliver tailored demos and executive presentations
• Own technical discovery: HRIS/LMS integrations, SSO, data flows
• Lead RFIs/RFPs, questionnaires, and answer technical questions
• Own the demo playbook and certify AEs for smaller deals
• Document the solution at close for handoff to implementation
