Job summary

Fractal is seeking a blended Project Manager and Business Analyst to drive delivery planning for healthcare/medtech engagements, aligning stakeholders and governance. You will translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and backlog items while ensuring risk management and on-time delivery.

You will lead workshops, manage dependencies, and guide teams through agile ceremonies, with a focus on backlog health and acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, life sciences, information systems, or related field.
7+ years in project/program delivery, BA, consulting, or transformation roles.
Hands-on in delivery tracking, integrated planning, RAID, scope control, and stakeholder mgmt.
BA skills: workshop facilitation, requirement gathering, process mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria.
Experience in Agile and hybrid delivery models.
Knowledge of critical path, dependencies, release planning; proficient with JIRA/Confluence/MS Project.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with capability owners, product owners, stakeholders, SMEs, and delivery teams to define scope, priorities, milestones, and delivery plans.
Build and maintain integrated project and release plans using MS Project, JIRA, and related tools.
Manage schedule dependencies, critical path, milestones, resource plans, and delivery risks across workstreams.
Track progress against roadmap commitments and provide updates to leadership and governance forums.
Lead RAID management, issue resolution, decision tracking, and escalation through closure.
Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and current/future-state assessments.
