Qualifications

• Strong experience with Power BI including dashboard development and optimization.
• Advanced SQL skills for large dataset analysis.
• Understanding of data warehousing and dimensional modeling.
• Experience in reporting, analytics, BI, and data visualization.
• Knowledge of AI technologies and AI-driven analytics capabilities.
• Understanding of governance, compliance reporting, and regulatory analytics frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Analyze large healthcare claims datasets to identify trends and risks.
• Support Payment Integrity initiatives through data analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into analytics solutions.
• Develop data models, KPIs, scorecards, and executive dashboards.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across reporting.
