Fractal is seeking a Principal Engineering Leader for Healthcare Data & AI in the United States. You will own the technical side of the HLS portfolio, lead pre-sales, shape solutions, and supervise senior architects and engineering leaders to win and scale large AI programs.

You will guide architecture on Databricks, Azure, and AWS, engaging CIOs/CTOs, balancing business goals with secure, scalable production-grade AI platforms, and driving revenue growth across a roughly $20M portfolio.

Competenze

• Hands-on experience shaping and delivering AI platforms across context layers, gateways, and agentic AI.
• Proven track record leading technical pre-sales, RFPs, and solution design with CIO/CTO-level leaders.
• Strong knowledge of Databricks plus Azure or AWS (ideally both).
• Experience owning or supporting a technology portfolio around $20M across multiple clients.
• Experience hiring, developing, and managing senior architects or engineering managers.
• Consulting or client-services background with delivery leadership.
• Production delivery track record of enterprise-scale AI platforms.
