Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of project leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading software development/implementation projects and SDLC/Agile/Scrum.
• Proficient with ERP/MMIS environments and strong client-facing skills.
• Excellent facilitation, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to balance multiple large projects and manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and coordinates project activities to achieve objectives on time and within funding.
• Leads kickoff sessions, gathers requirements, and educates stakeholders on products and services.
• Develops detailed project plans, milestones, and task lists; manages day-to-day operations across projects.
• Maintains risk/issue logs and guides mitigation strategies across functional teams.
• Facilitates communications with senior leadership and customers; tracks progress and escalates when needed.
