The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in transforming programs, presenting to senior management, and delivering measurable results in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5 years of experience OR 9 years in business analysis, process improvement, project management, business operations or health care industry experience.
• Experience leading large, complex multi-million dollar projects.
• Experience communicating with senior management and delivering presentations.
• Strong problem resolution, strategic planning and trend analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis and ensure cross-functional alignment across divisions.
• Oversee and coordinate project teams, resources, and budgets to meet timelines.
• Support prioritization of transformational programs and track progress to goals.
• Provide market support for Plan leadership and coordinate engagement activities and operational support.
