Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for patient health information per policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Operate company and facility software and record data accurately.
• Answer inbound/outbound calls and assist with administrative duties as needed.
• Prepare patient charts and assemble medical records in standard order.
