The ideal candidate will lead data validation, oversee ETL validation, and manage QA delivery across healthcare transformation programs, ensuring release readiness and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of managing projects, timelines, and resources
• 3+ years of delivering high-quality service and meeting client expectations
• 3+ years of leading and mentoring QA teams through SDLC phases

Responsibilities

• Strategy and oversight: define data-testing strategy, planning, estimation, execution oversight, quality metrics and reporting
• Data validation: oversee SQL/database validation, ETL, migration, and end-to-end data-flow testing
• Test data and tools: guide test data management and apply test automation and data-validation tools
• Healthcare expertise: understand claims, membership, provider, and care management data
• Risk and bug: lead risk identification, mitigation, defect management, and root-cause analysis
• Delivery leadership: drive quality across the SDLC, Agile delivery, and release readiness
• Stakeholder leadership: build client relationships, lead cross-functional collaboration, and communicate status to executives
