enGen seeks a Quality Lead with strong data-testing leadership and healthcare domain expertise who can define strategy, oversee end-to-end quality activities, guide technical teams, and translate complex data-quality risks into clear business impacts. The role does not require day-to-day hands-on test execution.

The incumbent will drive quality across the SDLC, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure release readiness while communicating risk and impact to executives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of managing projects, timelines, and resources.
• 3+ years of customer-facing delivery and client expectations.
• 3+ years of leading QA testers and teams through SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Lead data testing strategy, planning, estimation, execution oversight, quality metrics, and reporting.
• Oversee SQL and database validation, data integration, ETL, migration, and end-to-end data-flow testing.
• Guide test data management and apply experience with test automation and data-validation tools.
• Understand claims, membership, provider, and care management data.
• Lead risk identification, mitigation, defect management, and root cause analysis.
• Drive quality across the SDLC, Agile delivery, and release readiness.
• Build client relationships, lead cross-functional collaboration, and communicate quality status and business impacts to executives.
