Lincare Holdings Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to communicate with patients and health professionals, resolve questions, and identify additional product or service needs while ensuring compliance with physician orders.

In this role, you will handle inbound/outbound calls, document interactions in the patient records system, enter orders, and update contact details, while providing education about available products and services.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience.
• Computer entry required.
• Must meet licensing requirements for location.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound calls and calls generated by an automated dialer.
• Assess customer need for additional products/services.
• Assess customer compliance with physician orders.
• Answers questions and provides customer education regarding products/services.
• Documents calls in computerized record keeping system.
• Enters customer orders in computerized system.
• Verifies and updates demographic information in computerized records.
